Deckchairs On The Beach Original Quilted Artwork

Made from beautiful fabrics collected over time, stitched together then stretched and framed by hand using meranti wood. The whole process happens in the Motel Bodega studio, situated in the museum quarter of Amsterdam.

This quilted artwork was inspired by a trip to Brighton beach, South UK. Framed by a stylized arch and columns, the view is a snapshot to a perfect day at the seaside.
